Dayton was incredible.

I’d write an elaborate, detailed story on my experience, but eh.

WGI World Championships was a blast. Congrats to everyone on your great seasons:)

We made semis and got a pretty great score! 21st overall.

Oh, and I was in the program!

My guard got the chance to see A and World class finals, and both were fantastic!

I loved: Desoto Central, Jamestown, Homestead and Jenison, Zydeco A, Pacificaires, Southeast Independent, Norwin, Lawrence Central, West Broward, Carmel, Pride of Cincinati, Zydeco, Mayflower, Braddock

I’m proud of Kennesaw Mountain, Pope,University of Alabama Alta Marea, and Mill Creek for representing SAPA nicely!

oh, and one last thing. Betty White. Now it’s time to hang up my uniform from ‘I… Must Go On Standing…” and smile because it happened.

In less than 24 hours, I will be on the road to WGI.

I CAN’T CONTAIN MY FEELS, I AM SO EXCITED

I cried after our second run through at rehearsal because I knew it was the last performance of ‘I… Must Go On Standing…’ in our home gym.

I am beyond excited to see what is going to happen the rest of this week!

Show Day Today!

HYPE HYPE HYPE

So excited!

-In our hometown, people are coming to support

-get to see friends in other guards

-our show is done and we’ve gotten to rehearse it for a few weeks:)

So many feels.

I love when we get to listen to judges tapes after competitions.

Got first at our first competition of the season last night!

I didn’t have too good of a show, but I didn’t have much rehearsal yesterday because I took the SAT and only got in 25 minutes of practice with everyone.
This means I’m working my butt off to never have a terrible show again!

Score of a solid 58! I have a great feeling this season will be like freshman year!

First Winter Guard performance tomorrow! 

So excited! The good thing is it isn’t a scored competition, so everyone can get used to a big audience and performing this show in a big gym.

I’ll be gone all day doing what I love to do, but I’ll have a queue set up:)
